Please note the following before working for this company:
MD is a joke and will treat you like rubbish until you leave
SMT look down on all staff
You will never get your expenses paid - and if you are one of the lucky who does, you will never receive the full amount
You will be promised bonus pay when you hit target, but as soon as you do the MD will chuck another curveball and you won't get it
Unless you're in the SMT you will not receive any pay rises
Your mental health will suffer massively and you will lose sleep
You start at 9am but if you are in any later than 8.30am you get in trouble!
There is a lot of dodgy things going on re - funding and paperwork so be careful!
There is a reason nearly 50 people have been and gone in 2 years..

I was happy with the way I was treat by the company and I always felt like my opinions were valued and listened to. I wanted a role where I could use my strengths to hit my targets and I was allowed to do this.
An experienced team who would always have ideas and suggestions if I was struggling or needing assistance.
Management were always on hand and reacted to my requests quickly and efficiently.
I worked here for less than a year and it’s clear to see why.The place has a bad reputation but I thought I’d give it a shot as the MD managed to convince me was a great place to work. I wish I’d trusted my gut.You don’t get paid on time, expenses are non existent, if you have a family - be prepared to be discriminated against, bullying is the management style of choice and the whole place is the most unprofessional set up known to man.Ofsted have been properly spun a web of lies because the learners aren’t treated any better than the staff.They advertise for jobs but there isn’t any jobs, the MD just wants to get the funding for training and couldn’t care less about the learner’s future.Avoid like the plague!!!!

Worst job I have ever had
I really can’t stress this enough, being on universal credit with no prospects or income is still a better option than working here. Zero respect for anyone who isn’t management. Spoken down to, promises of bonus payments is a lie as no one has ever received one, very dodgy stuff going on re funding and paperwork, SMT treat staff like second class citizens and think ruling with fear will bring success. So glad I got away when I did.

Don’t know where to start. I’d basically say that if you wanted to be happy, get paid, get your expenses paid and be able to sleep at night, this organisation isn’t for you!
