Very high turn over of staff
Pay does not reflect your work commitment, I worked in scanning and post, my team was brill, but company is poor , pay rise are not regular even though you go through the PDR process

Friendly Workplace
This is a friendly place to work, all staff are welcoming and approachable even high up managers. There is a huge variety of types of jobs and there is always chances to move about to other teams.
Legal Advisor, Legal Advice Team in Manchester

Legal advisor
If you love what you do then this job is fine. Internal employees applied for training contracts and only one out of a team of eight got to the second stage. No feedback was given for any of the team who were unsuccessful, which isn't great. So progression is difficult.

Pressurised and toxic environment
Relentless pressure and targets. Managers say all the right things and to follow procedures to faux that they care, but it's all just a tick box exercise, loyalty and experience mean nothing to them
Customer Service Advisor in Brunswick

Stressful and fast paced
Not a great company to work for. Fast paced call centre , watched like a hawk by management . The company literally harasses customers and you get the grief when they answer the phone . Cant blame them they get rang every hour.
