Productive and fun workplace

Working for Lexington at Slaught & May was a great opportunity to work with one of the biggest catering companies in London, with a good team and meeting nice people. The company invests in its employees and offers them the chance to develop their skills and careers.

Very good firm

I was very happy to be at Slaughter & May. I worked long hours but the experience was overall very good. I would be very happy to work there again as I enjoyed it the first time.

Long days with not much managerial support. The people were the most enjoyable part of the job. They do have training courses but it does not lead to promotion.

Productive and helpful

Typically, everyone was kind and helpful. I learnt how to compose myself in a working environment. Everything was organised. The most fun part is actually working together and getting tasks done

Great place to work

A world class Law Firm with one of the best reputations in the legal industry. A firm that supports and takes care of its employees and helps them grow. Slaughter and May is a firm where "Excellence" is a standard and they are not willing to compromise on this.

Management very staff orientated

A typical day would be to check in with the Partner and Lawyers for the days work and check deadlines progress. All legal secretaries work as a team helping each other. Reason for leaving is moving to New York USA.
