Flexible, but awful culture and the pressure is on
They are a good employer, but senior management puts so much pressure on the staff at the bottom. The volume is also insane and they will never have the budget to get the staff they need

Great place to work
If you like collaboration then the Local Authority is great, but it is a slower paced environment. The new offices and agile working is available, this will depend on your managers view of flexible working.
