Plenty of opportunities to progress

Worst job I’ve ever had
An absolute shambles of a company, embarrassed to say I ever worked for them. Management haven’t a clue what they are doing, no support, always issues with pay, I am still waiting on expenses from December. Received zero training, can’t stress enough how poor the managers treated us. The high turnover of staff speaks volumes!! Staff and patient welfare is not a priority. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to work for this company.

Wouldn’t recommend!!
Will promise you the world in your interview only to leave you with no support, no proper training, no work-family life balance. If you drive you’ll be sent all over. Nothing you do is ever good enough. Inexperienced management. Always understaffed. Staff and patient welfare is very low priority.

Nice practice staff, high pressure from head office
Money focused. A lot of pressure to do more, nothing seems enough, long days and a lot of micromanaging from head office. Friendly team and I will miss working with them always had a laugh. Understanding managers but they can only do so much, it become too stressful I had to leave.
