Nice working environment

Smartsec is very helpful toward their employees.The trainers are also very supportive. Its a nice company to work.For a newbie employee they give chances to see their potential.

Great company to work for

I have been working here for a couple of months. My account manager is amazing, the HR department is very helpful and they actually care about you as a person. The Help Desk is a little messy, but nothing major.

Avoid

The management is poor. 0 training provided, 0 treatment, always complaining how they are understaffed and never allowing you to get you annual leave. Have to chase HR and Account managers every day to approve your holiday. Also force you to come to work even when there are train/tube strikes wand tell you to pay for a Uber.

Avoid this company

Terrible company to work for, they only care about the clients not the staff. The HelpDesk literally harass you if you’re a couple minutes late or if you’re unwell. I’ve had 13 missed calls in the space of 10 minutes before. The clients are awful too their expectations are ridiculous and only want to pay basic london living wage. Don’t waste your time and save your mental health. It is DRAINING. O...
