Very poor. They like to overload stores with tasks and yet offer no extra hours to do so and so therefore you are expecting to lone trade very often

We have 5 VM principles which we have to obey to when organising the shop. For example: colour blocking, colour sequencing, grouping, sizing and attention to detail. It's fairly simple, they have a 'brief' too which shows you how the store must be presented which is extrenly helpful.
