    Dental Clinics

Smiles Dental was established on South Anne Street, Dublin in February 2005. Since then, we have grown to become Ireland’s biggest and leading provider of dental care.

We are very passionate about dental care and put the patient at the heart of everything we do. We offer extended opening hours to make your visit to the dentist as convenient as possible. We believe in transparency when it comes to pricing. You will be told exactly how much your treatment will cost before it begins. With compassion, honesty and dedication to oral health, we’re making Ireland smile one patient at a time.

We have over 20 clinics nationwide, with every aspect of dentistry provided. From a routine exam, fillings, teeth whitening and veneers right through to oral surgery, dental implants and orthodontics. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered!

Cliquey and very badly run

Owners have no idea as to what's involved in running a dental practice. The manager is unqualified, but presumes she's right all the time. Owners seem scared of her, or are just too lazy to do anything about it. They regularly don't pay the staff on time, and stock is not available because they don't pay the stockist either. Constantly avoiding phone calls for unpaid invoices

If your face doesn't fit, you will find yourself out of a job, for whatever reason they can come up with. Unless you're best friends with the manager, you'll never get a decent rota, or support at work. You can tell who the 'favourites' of the practice are, because they can get away with doing no work regularly, and nothing ever gets done about it. High level of laziness, especially one member. Clique-y management and absolutely no support. Regularly go through staff due to terrible pay conditions and work environment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

very fast paced and enjoyable place to work

This is a very busy place to work. Has a very large team with good group of staff to work with.

City centre location makes it very accessable for staff and patients alike.
