It's a shamble of a company to work for at the moment, giving engineers unrealistic amount of jobs to complete excluding emergency jobs. On the phone with managers and dispatchers forcing you to do overtime and pick up extra jobs. They want Minimum 4 Duals doesn't matter if its in 4 different postcodes! This is a cleeky, all woman work place where everyone gangs uo on new starts. The management is horrendous and VERY unapproachable! I wouldn't wish my worst nightmare to work herei have never felt so untreated in a work place in all of my life!
