Unbelievably unprofessional
I received a contract some weeks after I had started working for SOAS, no training or support and I had to ask for key documentation that should have been provided. I was then stalled on pay for six months, receiving no response to emails from the Quality department until I had copied in just about every colleague I could think of.

Everyone helpful and a good place to work Lots of training opportunities.Good and understanding management.Good pension and holidays but definitely pay scale needs to be reviewed
