Working Culture at Sodexo

I told people that I enjoyed my working with Sodexo as I was in a good team of friendly and supportive people. Also the fact that I have gained more experience in cleaning and kitchens. It was just a shame about some of the faceted people you have to tolerate.

Had time to chill if you did not have to reshuffle your routine to fit around factory workers entering canteen and locker rooms. But if you had to, it would be a mad rush to get the job complete on time. It also took up more time if cleaning cupboard on first floor was locked and you have to bring some of your equipment from upstairs.

Management not always good & stick together. Not very approachable resulting in higher managers often being involved, but they can be very helpful. Lower management can be useless/non existent. Colleagues at your own level usually really nice with the odd brown noser/trouble maker - but you get that everywhere. Your nearest colleagues are usually what keeps you going every day.

Very poor. And is on the decline.
