Good company to work for
I’ve worked at somerset care nearly 10 years and have always felt well supported by my manager. We work within a great team and there have always been progression opportunities for everyone. I have been given many training opportunities since working here and I have received many qualifications over the years.

Fast paced and hugely rewarding
This company has been fantastic fore career progression and I have been trained and coached from care and support worker to manager in 4 years. In my position now I am able to take full control of my area and grow and develop in areas I want to. Management are supportive, innovative and supportive.
Very busy role but hugely rewarding.
Pros
Great career progression, flexible working hours and working for a great team.

Do not touch with a barge pole
Long hours constantly rang to work extra treated like rubbish don't even do a job role they employ you for!! no respect for there staff or service users will cancel calls when can't be covered disgrace to have care written in their title they do not care for anyone they take and take from there staff and treat you like rubbish when u can't help with extra work. Confidentiality is non existant staff and clients discussed in a disrespected Manor always fighting for money owed to us non profit Company that coz they take from the staff
