The app is my major gripe with this company... There are constant issues with not having the full address to go to even though the client has filled out the address correctly...ive been with soothe for several years but the issue appears to fall on deaf ears. And annoyingly the robotic staff always say 'Thankyou for being the best part of soothe'at the end of their conversation.Even though the issues are not fixed.
