Pre-employment checks include at least three years of referencing, occupational health clearance and a DBS (if applying to an applicable role). Training will vary by role, but will always include a corporate induction, followed by a local induction as a minimum. Frontline staff receive driving and clinical training, along with lifting, conflict management, etc.
