Residential Child Care Officer for South Tyneside Council. in Tyne and Wear
on 14 September 2023
Used to be a good place to work with a reasonable living wage.
Southtyneside council has gone down the pan over the last 5 years or so. Some incredibly poor management in various departments. Management stick together with there lies. A huge over haul of management is needed right across the board. Especially in all sectors of social care.Customer Service Assistant in South Shields, Tyne and Wear

Awful
Avoid this place like the plague - toxic backbiting culture seems to be the norm. No support from management whatsoever. Everyone out looking to save their own skin.Social Worker in South Shields, Tyne and Wear
