Able to interact with staff, understand procedures and gain information from all personnel levels of the department and gain experience of working hours in a thriving environment. Due to confidential information and sensitive material provided I am unable to elaborate on finer details.
I enjoy helping people who are in need and this was achieved daily, either victims of crime, elderly, or people with Mental Health. This job is rewarding and worthwhile.
