Productive and good team work. The team care for each other
What is the best part of working at the company? The team l was working with are good, team work, building each other up etc. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The Trust as a whole are not for social workers. They focus more on the nurses than social workers. No robust plans for social worker. The pay for us it not good and we do generic role as the nurses. What is th...

Stressful and frustrating but great team
There are lots of pros.. it’s good to be part of a large organisation. Good annual leave, sick pay. Good team of workers who look out for each other and help out when they can.Cons’Too much work and too little time and staff. You always seem to be ‘chasing your tail’ trying to catch up with your work.Patients seem to have much more unrealistic expectations and can be very rude .

Worst company to work for, avoid at all costs
worst company to work for, no respect for staff, ripped them out of pay rise and bonuses, treat you like a robot not a human, no training offered, rude management, will use you, lie and treat you poorly, then try and make you quit, don't pay properly, mess up holiday entitlements, delay contracts

Good place to work
It’s the NHS, not always perfect but striving to provide the best for their patients. My direct team are fantastic and the culture of the organisation is second to none; despite being a large Trust over a large area, it has a community feel and everybody knows everyone which is nice.
