I have seen colleagues in tears, staff being bullied, corrupt management, HR managers, speak out guardians and the whistle blowing teams were all aware of the concerns raised with little effect.Follow up reviews of staff concerns were not completed as promised and more staff have since left the organisation.

I had a 'manager' with no managing experience who was horrible. Moody, tearful, and generally unhelpful. Add to this the bullying nurses (due to banding snobbery) and it was a disaster. Glad to leave after three months!!
