Influential and creative workspace
A typical day at work was exciting. I learnt about the necessity of improving my Business Skills and the importance of networking as it broadens our communication skills, we then become more aware of whats trending and challenges businesses and others are facing. The Management team was approachable and dealt with any situations to the best of their ability. The workplace culture was very open and it encouraged others to share which in-turn motivated others. The most challenging aspect was engaging with others who did not know how too communicate well and the most enjoyable part of working was learning something new everyday and applying our skills to aid in improving the performance of business operations.

Good training in technology
I trained on the London city academy prior to COVID19. Trainers were great and very supportive throughout the training.I am now working at an insurance client and using all the Software engineering skills I learned in the training.

Sparta Global provides lots of opportunities with large organisations
The training course provided in the Sparta Global Academy is really thorough and enjoyable. The culture in the Academy is really friendly and I made some good friends during the 12 weeks of training. Sparta Global take graduates from various degrees and universities, so there is a real diverse group of people working there and everyone has different outlooks and skills. The sales team found me a placement during the training which allowed for a smooth transition to working in a large financial services company. Although the work can be challenging at times I am enjoying my first assignment.

Think before you apply
Would not recommend. Has a huge turnover of staff, with little room to progress. HR has made the place very toxic and you cannot complain to them about anything as they will just fire you that day if you do. This company has renamed themselves twice due to failing and you can see why frankly. For graduates on the programme, you are not paid until they find you work which can be up to 5 months and you are expected to travel to their head office and work for free until they find you a job so good luck funding yourself.

Not enough interview chances
A very fast-paced industry with great trainers but I did not get many interviews, only one. It would have been nice if they paid for the travel to interview locations that were off-site
