Set hours for full time usually 8:45-5:45

Depends on the position.
Not flexible at all, they say what days and what hours you work unless you have childcare, that is the only thing flexible as they must agree to this by law. They will put you in every weekend so don't expect one off i'm afraid and if you don't like this, well, bye bye i'm afraid.
