What was the most challenging part of your role at Specsavers?

  • So much to learn, no structured training

  • running around doing my job and everyone else’s

  • Management

  • Constantly busy and trying to keep up with demand. There just never seems to be enough staff.

  • Trying to meet what everyone wanted even though you just started and needed more help. Ask for help they don't want to do it, especially the management.

  • Constantly busy as expected but poorly managed particularly in Hayes store, lack of customer care as mostly focussed on money, extreme pressure to hit way above daily targets without any incentive in most stores

  • Having a client come in unhappy but managing to turn that around and solving there issues and leaving Happy
