Loved this job, the role itself. Very busy place but with lots of opportunities to learn and develop. The place in general can be quite cliquey but if you're there just to work that isn't a problem.

Poor management, very chaotic/lazy attitude, quite stressful, I guess it would fine if you only want a temp job whilist looking for something else. There are better companies to work for

Just don't bother

I worked with the biggest bunch of back stabbers you could possibly imagine. They where also bullies as well and management turned a blind eye to it ... if I was you I would scroll past this one and apply somewhere else .If you want a weekend off to do something with family or friends you have to book one of the days as a holiday and have the other as your day off... just don't bother

Good place to work

Dispensing Optical Assistant/ Uniform Co-Ordinator (Former Employee) - Solihull - 6 May 2019

To learn knowledge of the optical field this is an interesting place to work as you do get very invoved with dispensing.Regular tests are also encouraged by management.
