Avoid. Avoid. Avoid
The most awful company to work for. Under stress all the time. Seriously bad environment. Uncaring. Competitive. The way to move up is to dress up for the lads and then you'll get promoted. Wish I was kidding. I saw so many young women losing their identities to fit the mould because the expectation on you to dress a certain way was so great in order to be successful and even liked. I wouldn't and didn't try and fit in to be somebody that I'm not, so I was the outsider, and even without the office politics, it was the most stressful, thankless, and awful job I've ever had the displeasure of accepting.

Steer clear!
After nearly two years, excelled at my role and turned the area around but received no thanks or recognition. I'll mannered and ungrateful management. No support when neededConstant pressure from management who are not interested in you but just numbers!Expected to work ridiculous hours with no work-life balance at all and still that was not enough! No support when received verbal abuse from another member of staff on several occasions.Staff turnover is constant. Not even a phone call from my upline when I resigned or during my Notice period.

Property managment
Property management turnover is very high, generally due to constant push from management for nothing in return, life-balance is not there 8:30-6pm and 2 Saturdays in the month 9-1pm and be prepared to work Bank Holidays.People coming and going, constant stress.

A fast paced environment who reward those who are successful
Hard work but you are rewarded for this. Plenty of development opportunities and incentives for high performers including trip abroad. If you ask for support this is always on hand.
