Company History

The company was founded in 2002 by Andy Swanson and Tony Lyons who have extensive experience in working with Spinal Injured Clients. In setting the company up they wanted to ensure the clients received the best support in their own homes, allowing them to live the lives they choose for themselves.

Although the company has grown substantially in the past 20 years, we have a small management team who have worked with us for a number of years, allowing our clients continuity with communication and helping us to build and maintain good relationships with both the clients and our PAs.

All of our management team have many years of experience working in the care sector, they regularly attend conferences and training courses ensuring their knowledge is updated on a regular basis.

Avoid at all costs
I worked for this company a few years back I’m not sure if anything has changed now but it was awful when I was there, management don’t care about the PAs, pay was literally minimum wage for doing a 2 persons job.

Great place
Loved working for spinal, great management, gained a lot of experience working with different clients - highly recommend. As long as you can spare the time and don’t have pressing family commitments it’s a professional yet friendly culture, where you can learn new skills. Above all, it’s great to connect with your clients and be able to assist them wherever needed, no two clients are ever the same...

The training and support given was at a high level which was suitable for me to carry out my job. If ever there are any issues with anything, management are always at the other end of the phone or email in order to offer support. Staff are assigned a mentor and ...
