Treated badly by management
The managers from England try to bully you. Refusing to attend jobs after work hours in frowned upon. Afraid to upset customers. On call rota is a nightmare. Never out of uniform the whole time it's your turn.

Rewarding Place To Work
I started at SRL a few years ago after being stuck in a couple of dead end jobs. SRL quickly recognised my hard work and commitment and have continuously rewarded me. I am now running a whole region which is something i never would of envisioned. My family is settled and i couldn't ask for anymore from the people i work alongside each day. If you want a job to make something of yourself and progress your career then this is the one.

Challenging and rewarding
I started with SRL in 2018 as a depot operative. I came from a background in construction and knew nothing about the industry. From my start date until present I haven’t stood still, I’m always looking to better my self and SRL have always encouraged for me to grow as an individual. My current role is worlds apart from where I started, I now manage a region with Seven depots stretching a big span of the Uk and not any day is the same. The key features of the SRL Management are:They are open and honest communicators. They are flexible. They are dedicated team builders, and guide individuals to succeed. They give feedback and criticism where needed. They know how to listen, and help you through circumstances and real life situations.

Genuinely the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of working. They expect you to never stop working for minimum wage. If you’ve got a family don’t even bother. Management are trained in the art of guilt tripping. You’re on camera 24/7 even in the van.

Worst company ever.
This company will grind you down and get everything possible out of you, management is non-existent and couldn’t arrange a drink up in a brewery. Constant bullying culture from management and people who think they are management. I would not recommend working here to anybody, the quicker this company is investigated, the better for everyone.
