The company on a scale is good but communication is something i'd change within the walls of the company as there are many departments.
I would treat customers and staff better
Be treated as a human being and no just a nimber
Off employees a chance to.work.from home. I would even look at personal development. Give the employee something back for their hard work.
Restructure most of the company
