Decent company when your put in a position

Decent company to work for only if you get put on to a 4 on 4 off rotation. If your not in a fixed location then itl be hard to find work.Sometimes pay isn’t the best too as they deduct some wages when you’ve worked that shift and it takes too long for them too get back to you about missing wages. But it does get paid in the end.
Pros
Relaxed work, can have work and home life balance as it’s 4 on 4 off pay is also good
Cons
Long hours, lack of communication between concierge
