Overall nice job
The pay isn't amazing but the job is very satisfying as you know your efforts are going to a good cause and you get to work as part of an amazing caring team of colleagues.

Fraud / unsafe place for work
Applied for that position, but actually I felt like a slave. Two year I heard only promises for pay rise and only lies. Estate and facilities management have not idea of properly maintenance. I was like multi trader with occupation maintenance assistant worked for 8 P/H. Don't recommend anyone to work for it. mmaintenance

lovely place to work and make friends
as a volunteer role there's no wages but with great people and a friendly atmosphere it's always a fun place to be, the customers are friendly and like a chat, there's always something to do be it sorting donations or ironing to serving customers, it's a great place to build your retail and customer service experience or to give you something meaningful to fill your time and help a good charity, you'll make friend, have fun and learn lots working with St Helena in their /charity shops

Good work colleagues but poor management.
The people I worked with were amazing however the management was lacking - I knew people who had mental breakdowns because of the prowess of HR and management.
