    2. Listen to current staff and take them into account.

    3. Look after the people you have already got and look at their skills, experience and knowledge in the company, rather than finding new employees with no knowledge of charity and volunteers, and how it works.

  • Volinteers are priceless.
    Its just a shame that they are not appreciated for all they do.

    Promised of various different schemes that are available but never pursued by SVP.

    SVP need to understand that their society will not survive without these pillars to the business.

    Whom keep the higher managment in their castles and better way of life.

  • Introduce volunteers and staff inncencitives and train to a high standard

  • I would suggest that they try to get more funding to try and support people who are looking for jobs and possibly those that are looking for job satisfaction and advancement.
