Disgusting management
Account Manager (Former Employee) - North West - 15 September 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedHave a 9 o’clock meeting where your moaned at told what you do wrong when they change their expectations everyday! How bad some managers are. Worst manager I have ever worked for between the way we was spoke to, threats to throw stuff round the office so comments made after having a personal issue absolute disgrace!! Workplace culture was like everyone was scared of what was going to be said or kick off everyday so toxic. They will say you work on call Rotas but you’ll be on call every single day but no additional pay or time back! Most enjoyable part of the job was leaving. Pay is below minimum wage by the time you work out your hourly rate and on call hours.
Pros
Leaving
Cons

Regular work, great office staff
Car driver (Current Employee) - Portbury docks - 15 November 2023
I work as an agency car driver at Portbury Docks for Staffline Bristol, and I'm very happy with my experience there. The signing up process was quick and easy, the girls in the office are very efficient and friendly, and I've had no issues or difficulties whatsoever in the six months I've been there. I can get as many or as few shifts as I need, and pay and holiday pay are always on time. We even get our payslips a couple of days early, which is really useful for me.
Pros
Regular work and pay, excellent office staff
Cons
Fairly low pay rate

Poor work
Warehouseman (Former Employee) - Reading - 11 September 2023
If you love being just a number this is the place for you. Managers only help you if you are female. Who knows why. You have to keep stressful and heavy work rhythms every day. Really depressing. Very nationalist favoritism. If you can avoid this agency.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
All!

No one cares but you can work there
Onsite Coordinator (Former Employee) - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire - 8 September 2023
I was recruited as on-site coordinator and worked there for good few years. The beginning was ok, but then, unfortunately, everything was just going downhill. Managers don’t care, staff is only a number there (best labour provider only counts people, but doesn’t actually care). Pay was ok, however no promised benefits were in sight. They do have a good pension scheme though, but it would be nice to have a bit more extras, especially those who worked there long time.
Pros
Pension scheme, fair payment, shift pattern
Cons
No bonuses, no proper benefits, lack of management and trust.

Worst place ever
Warehouse operative (Former Employee) - Sherburn in Elmet, North Yorkshire - 22 May 2023
This is the worst place you could ever work, I’d rather clean someone’s toilet with my bare hands every day. Worked here for best part of 6 months, only decent thing is the weekly pay. The management is appalling, I started a bit late one day because of an issue with my watch so I wasn’t paid for the whole day. Shocking conditions to work in, everybody is very rude. The managers think they’re the best people working the best job on earth when it’s so easy a 10 year old could do it all after 5 days of training. It’s a dead end job, not a career it’s more of a stop gap for some quick money. Do not recommend at all, makes you depressed you never really have time to interact with other people and when you do no one speaks your language. Disgraceful place, hope staffline become bankrupt.
Pros
N/a
