Dependent on individual roles. My role requires a specific uniform that conforms to relevant safety guidelines.

My role itself was brilliant and the idea of supporting adults with learning disabilities in employment was great however the country council did not give those people anywhere near enough after support or ensure the staff had support in their future employment which they could have done very easily.

Good pace alot of quality care diliverd because staff are given the time to manage and complete tasks appropriately.

Stop renaming and reshuffling departments as too many people lose their jobs by doing this.
