As I am sure all Health Care Professional are aware, reliability is of paramount importance. When a health care professional cancels assignments providing limited notice it is detrimental to our client care service providers and ultimately the care provided to their residents. Should a Health Care Professional fail to attend their assignments and proves unreliable they are removed from the platform, this is due to the impact this has on our client care service providers and their residents. At the point of registration, the working relationship between Staffscanner and the Health Care Professional is made very clear in regards to the registration with Staffscanner being on a self-employed basis, should the Health Care Professional not have a good understanding of being self-employed it is always suggested that advice is sought. One statement indicates you have been forced to undertake assignments but there is a lack of assignments, should you wish to discuss your comments and provide some clarity you are welcome to contact us.
