  • Try answering emails sent to head office broken promises regarding jobs that don't seem to exist !!! Try answering your phone!!!

  • The management needs to treat their workers a lot better instead of just looking after themselves,as soon as you are employed by Stagecoach ,they can't wait to get you sacked or try to pay you off ,working conditions are very demanding, management are all on your back ,rotas and shifts are changed far 2 often ,so most of the time you don't know whether you are coming or going .

  • Treat the worker better

  • Individual bus tracking e.g. a map with all busses and their routes colour coded and time of arrivals at main stops

  • A better rota system, stop changing it every six months, this would allow familiarity and allow planning days with family and social life.
