Chester Depot
Bus Driver (Former Employee) - Chester, Cheshire - 13 September 2023
Ask yourself why Chester Depot are always advertising for drivers .I think management treat the drivers poorly so they then leave, they have a very high turnover of Drivers ,I have heard of 5 leaving or sacked in one week, not good . The pay is the lowest paid depot in the area ,Birkenhead depot drivers are on £1.30 per hour more, which is not fair. They get all of Birkenhead depot's older clapped out buses. The buses constantly breakdown. All in all not a very good place to work. Management love giving disciplinaries for the slightest reason, I think moral is very low at Chester depot, don't apply here go work for someone else
Pros
None
Cons
Management, long hours

Bloop bloop and bloop are the same people
Bus Driver (Former Employee) - Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire - 10 September 2023
The first thing that comes to mind is the way you can use your hands to get your feet wet while running and then you can use your fingers to push your feet back
