Barista in Edinburgh

It’s ok
Very fast paced. If one member isn’t working well it really affects the team. So a lot of it depends on the team you work with. It’s minimum wage for a barista and the pay isn’t much higher for a supervisor with more responsibilities.

Great team
Well supported, nice management. Always offered great shifts and flexible approach to working. Nice that you get free drinks on shift too. Only left because I moved away
Shift Manager in Saffron Walden, Essex

Fun environment
Fast paced work with a good team of people and mostly lovely customers, this was until we were taken over by a franchise and then things started to go downhill!!
Barista in Birmingham

The worst.
Ridiculous management, not enough training and overall a disgusting place to work. Managers lacked communication skills, ineffective leadership and my mental health deteriorated as a result.
Barista in Centerparcs Sherwood forest

Good job.
Good job, great staff. Great training. Hard work, loved making all the variety of drinks and meeting customers. Even if some did order an earl grey. Good wage.

If I was fully flexible? If I knew how to make any of the specialised drinks? If I had any experience working in a hospitality environment? Do I mind the early/late finishes? Do I drive?
