Starbucks Employee Review

All for the gram, not for how practical it is to make even during busy periods such as Christmas or summer. Typically won't be fully staffed or have part timers that won't care enough so anyone working full time carries slack.

Manager always there for you but understaffed

You feel supported by the management, always there to listen to you and try to help, but due to the coffee shop being new it was always understaffed and therefore stressful.

do not recommend

good for short term but that's it, managers should not have this title, little pay and always busy. Some coworkers were friendly but overall I don't recommend working there long term

Good coffee

Good coffee from here. Always busy and keeps you on your toes. People I worked with were nice and some I still keep in touch with. Pays not too bad but the hours were long
