Pressured environment with targets
Initially the job was sold to me as somewhere I could work in for years doing customer service and progress. Turned out to be a hard selling, unsupportive job role.

Clique mentality all the way up to management. Lack of good training - all done via zoom. Horrible work environment and no bereavement pay unless you’re a manager’s favourite. Talking from personal experience. Left within two months.
