Answered 11 January 2022 - Onboard Sales and Service G2 (though operated as G1 predominantly) (Current employee) - Cairnryan though operated from Belfast

They make it as good as it can be based upon the amount of time you are onboard at any one time.
Communications aren't always great dependant upon who your Onboard Sales and Service Manager may be.
