Excessive load of work. And you'll face a rude management.Could've been a nice place to work 'coz of its good and hard working employees. But not with some of the management whose leadership skill are rude and exercising abuse of authority. I dont know how steris's evaluates their management team to aome of the branches and how are they able to accept or hire rude leaders. even if almost everyone has addressed their concern to top management, i think they just don't seem to care. Its all fake that they really want a better working environment for steris.

Poor management. Poor quality of machinery. Hard work for minimum wage.Management do not care about you.Outdated machinery. No proper structure or planing. They force you to listen music from the 60s all day. They expect you to work for 2 or 3 persons.

Horrid toxic place.Management have no empathy ,do not care about their employees. Have caused workers to flee from a company that makes rules up as they go along ,and covers up many situations . What's OK for a colleague today won't be OK for you tomorrow. Expect far too much from already over worked staff, and set punishments .. 3 hits and your out.Avoid at all costs.
