What I remember, the head chef will asking you how to handle with the kitchen issue, something that, you were not sure, and how’s you act and report, and if anyone who interview, you better to look around and how’s the operation work in the open kitchen, because around your station sit around, they were the customer, so that you need to understand that, need to work smart, and need to looking around as well, to see your team who need help, and asking them what need to do first, so that we not mass out the order ( specially when we were on Friday night, Saturday after lunch, Sunday from open to close, sometimes hard to find the gap to asking people to help, so that mean in the same time you need to learn fast, and see what other station do, when your station not busy, ask your team to give you a chance to try and learn, so that once getting super rush, you can jump into the station who need help, and done that right away, and don’t worry to getting mistakes, because no one is perfect.
