Having been at Stonebridge a while now, seen many changes but still a great place to work and proud to be part of the team. Never have a Monday feeling which I think is testimony to having a great working environment!

Supporting workplace and good career progression

I've worked at Stonebridge for several years now and found them supportive in training and career progression. They are constructive when it comes to medical appointments and now offer flexible remote-working and always do their best to try and help staff with anything. Workplace environment is busy but relaxed, casual dress code, coffee machines etc and they constantly try and look at ways to improve the office spaces. They care a lot with staff engagement and recognition.

Working at Stonebridge is never dull, but it's mainly very rewarding. It's a fast growing business so flexibility and a great attitude to change is a must, but it offers great prospects and, most of all, the staff/colleagues are amazing.
