Do I receive continuous training and development within my role?

Storal Learning encourages its staff to pursue continuous professional development. We strongly believe better qualified staff means we offer better standards of care and education.
As part of our commitment to our staff, we support those who wish to further their education by either:
• Offering the Government required 10% contribution for Level 2 and Level 3 Childcare qualifications.
• Contributing 10% towards the cost of Level 4 and Level 5 Childcare qualifications (i.e. Foundation Degree).
• Contributing 20% towards the cost of Level 6 Childcare qualifications (i.e. BA, BA (Hons))
• Supporting head office staff towards relevant continuous professional development on a case by case basis;
• Where appropriate, giving paid time off for attending studies during work hours. No you have no training. I’ve been there years and only been offered 2 training days which is wrong. They pick and choose who they want to go and favourite ataff
