Answered 20 December 2019A very casual affair, no need to dress up like in a traditional interview, I'd say just go looking nice. Very laid back atmosphere, for me it was just going through some very basic questions and information in the canteen with the recruitment guy: making sure I was aware it was a temporary job, discussing the rules and regulations in the warehouse, rates of pay, filling out paperwork etc. Absolutely nothing to be worried about. I got offered the job on the phone literally half an hour after the end of my discussion. :)

Answered 23 December 2019Holiday's are really good, although you don't get the chance to come in on bank holidays as it's automatically taken off your allowance. After these have been taken off, I had 175 hours allowance. However, you can purchase weeks holiday that will cost you a week's wage over the course of a year.
