Why did you leave your job at Subway?
Poor management, The manager acted and dealt with things like a child. Expected staff to not make any jokes on the job whatsoever. Inner circles within the staff, slander from other staff which could’ve easily been proven wrong but they decided to just believe the other person due to their seniority. Did not keep up with their coronavirus cleaning checklists. Not to mention the pay is borderline slave labourAsked 18 March 2017

What is the most stressful part about working at Subway?
This is extremely disappointing to read and is not reflective of the company we want to be, and have become since these reviews were submitted. Our Senior Management team has been completely overhauled since November 2019. We now have an incredible team who are extremely focussed on staff engagement, training and development. We're really proud of the company we have become in the last 18 months and believe our staff feel the same. We're really sorry that we weren't able to correct these issues during your employment with us. However your feedback helped us identify and rectify these issues for the betterment of all of our staff.Asked 17 October 2018
