Activity Instructor/ Early Years Instructor in Brighton
Good temp job
It was a good job to cover summer amd half terms at university. Camp ran well and we had a good team. Mix of age groups, and lots of different activities. HR was not brilliant and pay was sometimes delayed.

Fantastic company to work for! Fun and supportive company
I have worked for this company for nearly 3 years - I couldn’t imagine a year without working for the company. From the interview to the days on camp you have full support of the head office team and their kindness. Any question or guidance you need, they will always be at the end of the phone. The interview process is really lovely, you get to have a phone call with the recruitment team, they put you at ease and just ask questions about yourself setting you up to succeed. They want you to WOW them and share your knowledge and experience. Be confident! You receive thorough and informative training sessions organised buy the head office team. This puts you at ease and provides the opportunity for you to be prepared for the start of camp. At a Salisbury camp on my first season I had an amazing camp manager! Supportive, a wealth of knowledge and knew how to add the buzz to camp.I have worked at many camps along the south east, Andover, Winchester and Glenesk. Although it is a seasonal job so many people work one season and then keep coming back season after season. You become a team and enjoy working together.
Regional Manager in London
A rewarding and fun experience
Having worked for SuperCamps since Summer 2018, I've made such amazing memories there. The atmosphere around you is incredible. When you're a full time classroom teacher, you still continue to return every season. There are always opportunities to work at SuperCamps; I started as a Camp Manager and have recently made my way up to the Regional Team.Making a difference to children everyday, is such a reward knowing that a lot of children don't have the opportunities that SuperCamps can offer. Not only is this a learning experience for the children but also for us adults. We get to experience so much more to what we would be able to in the real world. Such as Teddy Mountain, Zoo Lab, Bushcraft, Lego, Go Karting, Swimming and the list goes on.The hours that SuperCamps offer for families is like no other so they can continue to work the hours they need to, whether its from home or in the city. The company is suitable for all children's ages and over the summer, we love having a lot of international children join us to learn more of the English life and teaching us a thing or two. Not only is SuperCamps a holiday job for me, but they've all become family. Look forward to the next season!

Busy but fun workplace
It was a perfect summer job for me. You get to work with kids from all variety of backgrounds as well as enthuastic staff.
The management team are helpful and quick to reply to any concerns.
More face to face training would’ve been more helpful.

although the days were long and I clocked a lot of hours the February 1/2 term almost went too quickly. I enjoyed the work so much and was luck enough to have a wonderful team and camp manager.
