1-1 sessions every 4 weeks even after your probation period. They ask you what you’ve improved on since last time, what you’d like to improve on. Manager gives you constructive feedback and helps you make new goals to work towards

Don't get feedback from the managers unless you have done something wrong. Don't get any good feedback. Brand Leads (floor manager equivalent) give you a lot more feedback both positive and negative

Generally they don't to be honest. There is meant to be a quarterly ABCD performance review but I worked there for 4 years and had about 5 of these during my career. Usually if feedback isnt given there and then they are building it up and b*tching about you behind your back.
