Rewarding
HCA/Support Worker (Former Employee) - Whitstable, Kent - 13 December 2020
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedRewarding job supporting a variety of people from children to nursing homes. Lots of work available when I worked there. Hard part was no time between calls for travelling, so service users would be expecting you before you'd even left last call. Felt valued & appreciated by the office staff but resented by the permanent home staff, as paid slightly more
Pros
Rewarding helping people
Cons
No time allowed for travel

Best Agency in Kent
Carer (Former Employee) - Whitstable, Kent - 20 October 2022
Having worked for a few agencies, I can honestly say Superior Healthcare is the best. They take their time to learn your needs and preferences. They have a well being team who make sure you are ok. I get the flexibility I need and they have so much variety.

Awful selfish company do not join.
Support Worker (Current Employee) - Kent - 4 October 2022
Awful company to work for they make you feel like you are not aloud to be Ill and will penalise you for it if you are. Management and coordinators are rude and unempathetic and will cancel all your shifts and threaten your shifts against you if you do anything wrong. If you complain about staff or places of work they will not believe you or investigate. They do not care for their staff or clients and only care for themselves. They promise you loads of shifts but do not commit to this at all and the wage is not as advertised on their adverts . DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Don't even consider joining
Senior Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Whitstable, Kent - 31 March 2022
So stressful the recruitment process. They say that they apply for references but they lie&don't. You are not allowed to be ill to which is not realistic at all. Considering i had not dealt with tracheostomy the training was not effective at all, other members of the group felt the same. I am taking my concerns along the legal route!!

Overall good experience
HCA/Support Worker (Current Employee) - Dover, Kent - 12 November 2021
I have worked for other agencies before and these guys are up with the best. Great experience so far and getting the hours I need. The recruiter Coner, called me within 35 minutes of making my application. Interviewed two days later and ended up on training the following week. The training was a lot of what I already knew but acted as a good refresher. The office in Whitstable is really nice and really inviting. The only downsides are unpaid induction training. Coordinators also need to speak and deal with staff better.
Pros
Free Lottery, Refer A Friend and More.
Cons
Unpaid induction training and coordinators need to speak and deal with staff better.

If you are looking for flexibility or guaranteed hours, an amazing team and progression opportunities this is the place to work
Executive Assistant (Current Employee) - Whitstable, Kent - 4 October 2021
Having worked in the NHS for over 30 years I was looking for a change in my administrative career. Moving to Superior Healthcare was a risk, but one that I would take again a million times over. The team I work with are dedicated, hard working and the best I have ever had the good fortune to work with. The management team are inclusive and encouraging with a "one family" ethos. From the small touches such as curry nights or breakfast morning drop ins for our field team to make them feel part of the wider team, to team events, career progression through training opportunities and support, supporting local causes and the day to day desire to provide an excellent service for our clients, this really is a superior place to work. I cannot recommend Superior Healthcare enough. The best work decision I ever made.
Pros
One Family ethos
Cons
None
