Poorly Treated Staff
I was made to feel under pressure consistently and i was dismissed for reasons the company were made aware of prior to them employing me. This discussion was had behind my back.Engineering Apprentice in Ferndown

Apprentices are just cheap labour
Don’t bother with an engineering apprenticeship here. There’s no progression, there’s barely any engineering there! You’ll most likely end up cover shifts or painting or inspecting or packing parts. Oh and you’ll only get paid minimum wage! Apprentices don’t get access to the health care option or the profit share! Management just see you as cheap labour. Most apprentices leave after they graduate, if they even stay that long…! The people I worked with on the shop floor were really nice, as soon as you stepped into the office that changes… You also don’t have a contract… which means they can get rid of you when they want… Packing Operative in Ferndown, Dorset

Decent company
Coming from a different industry, I really like working in this factory. Enjoying the company of my colleagues, the free lunch daily, could not ask for better Supervisors. As long as you do your job, there should not be any issues. Yes, you are encouraged to work SOME Saturdays but it is not like they are not paying for it. If you want to earn money and are prepared to work then this place would suit many people very well.Injection Moulding Machine Operator in Bournemouth

Worse place to work
Don't be deluded about drink machine for free and profit share as pay only after 2 years and 3 months if you are lucky to get it as they will do the possible to pay you half of it. Long hours and don't care of youProduction Operative in Ferndown, Dorset

Absolutely shocking! Avoid!
What a dreadful place to work! Will thankfully soon be out the door myself! Believe the reviews on here! Except the couple obviously written by management! There is a definite clique and bullying is rife. Their workers are not important to them at all! The only staff who seem to be happy there are the (vile) management and certain favoured supervisors. Health and safety is non
existant and pay is minimum wage. Avoid! What would you say about your employer?
