I was made to feel under pressure consistently and i was dismissed for reasons the company were made aware of prior to them employing me. This discussion was had behind my back.

Decent company

Coming from a different industry, I really like working in this factory. Enjoying the company of my colleagues, the free lunch daily, could not ask for better Supervisors. As long as you do your job, there should not be any issues.Yes, you are encouraged to work SOME Saturdays but it is not like they are not paying for it.If you want to earn money and are prepared to work then this place would suit many people very well.

Pros

Free lunch, helpful colleagues

Cons

Personally, long commute.

Worse place to work

Don't be deluded about drink machine for free and profit share as pay only after 2 years and 3 months if you are lucky to get it as they will do the possible to pay you half of it.Long hours and don't care of you

Pros

free drink machine

Cons

Long hours, bad supervisors

Absolutely shocking! Avoid!

What a dreadful place to work! Will thankfully soon be out the door myself! Believe the reviews on here! Except the couple obviously written by management! There is a definite clique and bullying is rife. Their workers are not important to them at all! The only staff who seem to be happy there are the (vile) management and certain favoured supervisors. Health and safety is non existant and pay is minimum wage. Avoid!

Not recommended

The training was non-existent. The atmosphere was one of bullying and exclusion. If you were not part of the clique then you certainly knew, and management didn't take an interest as they themselves seemed to encourage this atmosphere.

Great place to work.

Great place to work with opportunities to progress with the right attitude. Good to see investment in apprenticeships. Professional family business and all staff are very helpful and friendly.

Awful. Avoid

Absolutely avoid.... One rule for one person, different rule for someone else. Don't treat the staff well. They fail to mention, that overtime is compulsory, you won't last long if you don't work the overtime. Working hours 9am-5pm, but the 'compulsory' over time 7am-6pm Mon-fri 5am-10am Saturday

Family run, friendly and professional

Good career advancement and opportunities to progress. Reward and recognition given to those who work hard and are committed to supporting the business objectives.

What a place

If you want to be treated like a slave then this is the place for you management is horrendous could not be more happy to be out promises promises then thrown out the door do not smile or be happy and a laugh whatever you so as you lose your bonus other than that good luck to all who unfortunately venture upon this place

Just don't do it

This is one of those SMEs you read about No rights. Treated badly. Expendable. Could work for them for years (minimum wage, too much taken from you) then your out as soon as it suits them. Sack loads of good workers recruiting replacements the next. An awful place to commit to so don't do it to yourself.

Overtime..... (They expect that!) Managed by monkeys.. No social life.. They pay you minimum wage and expect you to be grateful!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Cons

Long Hours, Management Is Terrible, Just A Backwards Company...

Poor pay, long hours

Expected to do 11 hours a day and a saturday morning. Get a profit share...but not full one for 2 and a half years. Really monotonous and unpleasant two faced workers

Busy environment and bad management

Most of the time short staffed, very busy. You need agree to on lots of overtimes. Minimun national rate for most of employees . No social life at all in the company. Favouritism in the work place.

Pros

unlimited overtimes, quarterly bonus

Cons

Long houres, poor managment, no future path for employees

Avoid Superior

Awful place to work, long hours on minimum wage. The management do not care about their staff, only that everything which needs to be done gets done, no appreciation for hard work.

Pros

Practically Unlimited Overtime

Cons

Long hours, bad pay, horrible bosses.
