Had consistent work, always done what was asked of me had holiday booked, told them in advance before booking it then came to the week to go got shifts txt and I phoned to say I had my holidays remmeber. To witch was there mistake told my placement would still be ok when back even though i expected it not to be and I was correct no offers of work after because of their mistake.
Don’t take holidays
I have been with sure recruitment for a few weeks now and still get barely any shifts. Not really had any problems with payments apart from the amount as there’s never a lot of shifts, meanwhile they put up more jobs on job websites hiring more people when they’ve not got shifts for anyone already hired... you can phone and let them know you can do other jobs they put up and they will say it’s a bonus for you and then nothing happens so stay clear if you want to make more than £100 a week
Its lucky this agency only employs females...otherwise l would have made a personal visit...they are cons, cheats and liars...how these people can live with themselves is beyond me...cheat you out of hours...holiday pay the list goes on SCUM.
do not pay for hours worked scumbags
I was registered and employed with their Belfast Office. Any problems I encounter with my employer they made no attempt to address. Problems with wages they just ignored. They use a separate Payroll agency that they just palm you off to.I had issues with my tax codes whilst employed and after termination of my contract they provided the wrong information to HMRC of my earnings for the year that I am deeply suspicious off. I am trying to resolve this now but again being palmed off.All I can say I was more stressed dealing with Sure Recruitment Belfast than actually doing the work for the employer.Never again.....
Dealing with the agency itself.
Totally hopeless only consistent thing here at sure is the lies about non existent work ? Also won’t take sole trader or ltd drivers due to paranoia of there part ..stay away Also there pay is never right you have been warned
Too many to list
Worst agency going constant lies say they have work but really have nothing. When you don't take a shift (usually the worst shift going) they get stroppy and say if you don't take it there will be no more offers. Also they are bad payers money is never right and they never pay the rate they quote total con artists stay away dont waste your time
all of the above

wan't too sure about agency work and at the start it was a bit strange getting used to the way it worked - but once I got used to the customers and the different work they had i actually really enjoyed it. no issues with pay and the work was usually okay so i'd have no issue in telling any drivers to give them a chance.
Excellent, well organised agency. As with all agencies there’s no guarantee of hours but I was always kept busy. Even when my availability wasn’t great, they were always happy to find work that suited. Weekly pay with no issues whatsoever and very responsive whenever I did need them.
Worked for the Glasgow branch for yodel in Kilmarnock, plenty of work, good communication from the staff but yodel completely took liberties with the agency staff, would happily work for sure again but not at yodel. Pay was good but was working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week, not the agencies fault was the client
Started this as a temp before Christmas and was getting loads of work as standard paid on time weekly with decent money all good until January sending you to places a 2 hour round trip away to be told there’s no work then pressured to be in short notice when someone lets them down. Really unreliable but your expected to be available everyday of the week. Good job short term over Christmas very busy 6/7 days a week but I would be ready to jump ship as soon as January appears.
